Test drive

Two minutes of your voice.

What would you hand off?

Talk like you are leaving a voicemail. You do not need to be organised, that is our job. Just say what you want handled and how you want it to reach you:

  1. 01

What you would hand to an agent.Email, schedules, walkthrough scheduling, meeting prep, whatever eats the day.

  2. 02

What your morning brief should say.The sections you would actually read before the first bell.

  3. 03

What you want at the end of the day. What closed, what did not, who is waiting on you.

Not sure what to say? Read a real memo

Assistant principal, middle school. Recorded on his phone in under two minutes. His words, grouped into the three above.

“Alright, so here we go. The agent should read emails periodically, read and draft email responses, show the day’s schedule and events, create math department walkthrough schedule, give a list of priorities for the day, I would say between three or five, flag messages that’s coming from the principal, district personnel and department staff, schedule meetings based on my schedule and the person’s schedule, prepare Tuesday curriculum meeting agenda, create teacher coverage schedule daily.

The daily brief should include the day’s schedule, three highest priorities, urgent emails, math department concerns, students that require attention, house and SEL matters, upcoming deadlines and decisions that require my approval.

Email the summary of the day, completed task, outstanding items, decisions made, people awaiting responses, follow up required for the next day.”

Before you record: your recording comes straight to us. We transcribe it on our own machine, never a public AI service, then delete the audio and keep only the text we build your sample from. Please do not name students.

0:00 / 2:00

Your browser will ask permission to use the microphone. Say yes, then talk. The timer counts up to two minutes and stops on its own.

Where should we send it?

What happens after you record

You see the work before you see a salesperson.

Step one

You talk for two minutes.

Straight from your phone or laptop. No account, no install, nothing from your IT department.

Within two business days

Your sample comes back.

A morning brief and an end of day summary, built from what you said.

Only if it fits

Then we talk, for 15 minutes.

You have already seen the output, so the call is about your school, not a pitch.

What comes back

Two documents, built from one memo.

This is the set an assistant principal at a middle school asked for, in his own words. Names removed. Where a section needs your calendar or inbox, the sample says so instead of inventing it.

01

Morning brief

In your inbox before the first bell.

  • Top three priorities todayPulled from what you said is pressing this week.
  • Department concernsThe pattern you keep returning to, stated plainly.
  • Students requiring attentionOnly the ones you raise, by initials.
  • House and SEL mattersWhat is carrying over from yesterday.
  • Upcoming deadlinesDated, with the decision each one forces.
  • Decisions needing your approvalThe list you are the blocker on.
  • Today's scheduleReads your calendar. A memo cannot see it, so your sample asks for it.
  • Urgent emailsReads your inbox. Same reason.
02

End of day summary

Emailed to you as the building empties.

  • Completed tasksWhat actually closed today.
  • Outstanding itemsWhat did not, and what it is waiting on.
  • Decisions madeSo tomorrow does not relitigate them.
  • People awaiting a responseWho is blocked on you right now.
  • Follow-up required tomorrowWhich becomes tomorrow's priority list.

Every section above came from a real assistant principal describing his week out loud. Yours will come from yours.

One thing we do not do. We will schedule your walkthroughs and protect the time for them, but we do not write up the observation. Classroom observation and rated reports belong to our sibling company Obzerv.ai, and we hand that work straight to them.

Not sure what to bring?

Start with the pile that keeps returning.

Nostra District requests, coverage, deadlines, and calendar conflicts

Leonardo Meetings that create notes but lose owners and next steps

Maya Family and staff communication waiting to be drafted

Sherlock Promises and follow-ups that disappear into email

Athena Decisions buried across files, inboxes, and shared drives

Marcus Classroom walkthroughs and coaching time crowded out

The Crew is ready

Your Monday is the demo.
